About Isabel
Isabel’s journey with Lodge began during high school, working Saturdays on reception. Over time she transitioned to the administrative team, and most recently, assumed the role as Property Management Assistant after coming back from maternity leave.
“I find the property industry very interesting. There’s a real sense of fulfillment in exploring available properties and uncovering their potential,” says Isabel.
Her previous positions within the company have equipped her with a strong set of skills in organisation and communication, which has translated well over to the property management side of things.
“I love meeting new people, checking out different properties, and staying in the loop with constant communication. What I enjoy most is how no two days are alike – there's always a fresh challenge waiting to be attacked.”
Isabel says the team that she gets to work with greatly contributes to the positive work atmosphere and dynamic.
“I find being a part of the Lodge team really rewarding. Starting from high school with weekend reception duties, and now having spent many years here, I eagerly anticipate what the future holds for my career within the company.”
In her spare time, you’ll find Isabel spending time with her friends and family.
