About Jo
Returning to Lodge City Rentals after a two-year hiatus, Jo McCurdy has taken on the newly established position of Relief Property Manager.
In this role, Jo is responsible for filling in for other property managers on both a short and long-term basis, ensuring the efficient management of property portfolios in the absence of the regular manager. As a Relief Property Manager, she continues to provide property owners with the outstanding service they have come to expect from Lodge, and an assurance knowing their portfolio remains in capable hands.
Jo is the perfect person to step into this role, having accrued more than 21 years as a property manager with Lodge previously, alongside her background working for Tenancy Services, a national service that provides information to landlords and tenants on their rights and responsibilities.
Here in the office, Jo is a wealth of knowledge for any legal inquiries related to the Tenancy Tribunal, and her expertise on all things tenancy-related is unparalleled! As a Relief Property Manager, Jo can be handed a property to take care of at the last minute, but she continues to impress with her ability to take this all in her stride with a smile on her face.
