About Briana
When it comes to property management expertise, Briana Kneebone has it in her blood.
“Growing up in a family immersed in the real estate industry, my passion for property management has been fostered from a young age,” she explains.
This passion is supported by her adaptable, quick-thinking nature, making her a great fit for clients looking to nurture their investment(s) and attract quality tenants.
Briana joined Lodge City Rentals in 2023, having spent six years as a property manager with Barfoot & Thompson in Auckland (she holds their REINZ-approved training qualification). However, she wasn’t new to Lodge, having worked in the administration side of the business prior to moving to Auckland.
Briana enjoys the dynamic nature of property management, where each day presents a new set of unique challenges demanding agile problem-solving skills. As Briana puts it, “I thrive in the fast-paced environment of property management, where each day brings a new puzzle to solve.”
Treating landlords and tenants equally is paramount to Briana, as she explains; “I believe the key to success is ensuring that everyone receives a high standard of customer service.”
Briana looks after each property she manages as she would her own, going above and beyond managing maintenance and renovations when applicable, to ensure mutual success.
Her keen eye for design alongside her time management skills makes the ‘project manager hat’ a natural fit for Briana. It also helps that she has built a wealth of knowledge and connections within the industry, as well as her experience with renovating her own home.
“I enjoy the challenge and satisfaction that comes with renovations, but more importantly I know all the hard work that is required to get that result across the line.”
