Flagstaff Branch Manager Flagstaff

Nathan Smith entered the real estate industry as a residential sales consultant in 2007 after a career in the building and television industries. He quickly established himself as a high achiever and became a top performer for Lodge, reaching the prominent position of being consistently in the Top 5 and becoming a Gold Club Member.

It became a natural progression for Nathan to take the next step where he moved to Auckland and entered a Divestment Manager role for Housing New Zealand and a Sales Trainer role for Barfoot and Thompson. Whilst at Housing New Zealand Nathan has been able to experience not only selling real estate but also acting as the vendor when divesting properties.

This insight has provided Nathan with a unique understanding of the sales process enabling him to understand both the vendor and purchaser experiences. His passion for real estate become evident when training sales consultants for Barfoot and Thompson and it was this role that was pivotal to him coming back to Hamilton as the Branch Manager for Lodge Flagstaff.

Nathan is dedicated to providing the best service to all vendors and purchasers and is committed to creating the best outcome for all parties involved. Along with his team at Flagstaff there is strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service, premium results and an experience that will stand out above the rest.
What clients say

In an industry where it can be tricky to know who you can trust, we found Nathan to be a standout guy. He communicates well and does what he says he's going to do. He has a good rapport with everyone, from his pool of buyers, other agents and to the crazy lady up the road. He represented us well as a purchaser and vendor. We will be recommending him to friends and family.

Hannah and Jonny CP

Through great communication and attention to detail, Nathan went outside what I would describe as normal expectations by negotiating not only a requested earlier vendor settlement date  in return for an opportunity for us to show prospective tenants through four weeks earlier, but also arranged an open home with them allowing us to do this and personally attended for which we were very grateful.
We are thankful for the care given to ensure both parties were happy and comfortable before getting the deal over the line.
We are very happy with the result.
