Part of my job is to be across detail and information, and to understand what’s going on within the market – and that means knowledge of what other agents are working on, how other buyers and sellers might feel, and what’s happening with wider-industry indicators (such as interest rates, new land developments, and city infrastructure investment).

I acknowledge that buying or selling can be a competitive, and at times nervous, process, but I’m out to provide reassurance and confidence. I’ll seek to remove your doubts through effective communication and by tapping in to reliable industry information and sound advice (I have a network of contacts such as builders, engineers, surveyors, council planners, brokers, lawyers, and bankers).

I’m forever thinking about potential for wealth creation through property investment, and the new possibilities this provides.
