I'm Jasmeet Singh Bajwa, and part of my calculated approach is to sit down with you face-to-face to gain an understanding of how you want to go about your sale or purchase. Together, we’ll work out a marketing plan that best suits your immediate needs, with future goals at the back of our minds to help anchor your next move.
By understanding your short- and long-term plans, I’ll also get a feel for the degree of control you want to take during the sale or purchase process.
If selling, finding the best method of marketing your property, to the right audience, is half the job. If we get that right, the process frequently takes care of itself. My job is to work with a pool of potential buyers and work toward an agreement that best suits the vendor and purchaser. Price is an imperative, but factors such as conditions and finance must also be weighed up, and that’s where an agent’s attention to detail can make or break a successful settlement.
If you’re buying, I’m backed by what I consider the best resource in Hamilton’s residential property market. Lodge has the best people, the best systems, the best contacts, and the best networks. Although market-supply within this city is getting tight, I’m well-equipped to know what’s out there and what’s emerging.
My commitment to you is to understand your criteria, your budget, and your motives and to expose you only to opportunities that fit within those parameters. I value both my time and your time, so don’t expect me to waste it. We may have to be patient, but if we’re on-the-ball we’ll be well-placed to take the opportunity when it arises.
I have a strong work ethic and am determined to succeed. I enjoy connecting with a range of people, and that’s part of the reason I’ve pursued a career in real estate.
Previous to this career I worked in management/leadership roles in the health and disability sector, working with intellectually disabled, mentally unwell people and their whanau. I have a great deal of empathy for people and I am committed in helping others to achieve a better quality life.
I love learning new skills, and my method of working is to educate and empower my clients along the way.
In my spare time I enjoy golf, cricket, reading, spending time with family, and going to the movies.
