My name is Chris Wei Li, and whether you’re in the market to sell or buy (or both!), it’s an honour to be considered as your real estate agent.
My method is straight forward, and involves shaping a marketing and sales plan around the best aspects and features of the home. It also involves understanding your circumstances, deadlines, motives, and communication needs.

We will go to market with goal of creating as much competition for your home as possible, targeting buyers who are best-suited to the home and its surrounds.
If you’re in the market to buy, at my fingertips I have access to Hamilton’s strongest network of colleagues and agents – if there’s any home or property I don’t know about, my commitment to you is to promptly deliver all the information you need on it so you can make an informed decision. Lodge Real Estate has access to information that is cutting-edge, and I want you to be one step ahead of the competition for a property so we can negotiate a deal that is smooth and hassle-free.

A key part of the sales process is identifying buying signals and overcoming perceived obstacles – at times these are one in the same thing! Another key ability in sales is the ability to identify the key people and the main decision-maker(s). I have skills in both these areas, so feel confident in my ability to get the best result for you.
