I’m Olimpia Szabo and it’s a pleasure to introduce myself to you.

I take a keen interest in the city’s market dynamics, have a passion for homes, and carry a deep understanding of the various benefits offered by different suburbs throughout Hamilton.
My job is to take care of the day-to-day detail that sits behind what I acknowledge will be among the biggest transactions you’ll undertake.
I aim to minimise the stress involved in selling by coming up with a detailed marketing and promotional plan for your property. I’ll reach out to a vast pool of potential buyers, backed quality databases and a wide array of agent networks at Lodge Real Estate.

While I do promise to be across every detail and will bring good energy to your sale or purchase process, I appreciate that the decisions you’ll be asked to make will be significant – and that’s why I choose not to play the pressure card: My preferred style is to allow clients plenty of time to share their concerns, their needs, and their demands, and I’ll respond accordingly – doing my best to remove or mitigate any barriers to the sale or purchase agreement.
In terms of personal background, I’m a past business owner and manager, and have a good deal of customer service experience. I’m a mother-of-two, and enjoy travelling, cooking, and walking my lovely dog. I speak and understand three languages, and my best personal traits are punctuality, perseverance, and friendliness!
