About Cisholi
With her passion for customer service and experience as a team leader in the corporate sector, Cisholi has found she and property management are perfectly suited since joining the Lodge City Rentals team as a property manager over four years ago.
For Cisholi, her role is about building strong relationships with both landlords and tenants alike. “It’s a matter of being proactive, trustworthy and honest with both my clients and prospective or current tenants.
“Fitting the right people to the right homes is key for both parties; getting it spot on pays dividends long-term.”
As a testament to the trustworthy relationships she builds with clients, after working on one of their properties Cisholi has had landlords bring their additional investments over to Lodge, so she now manages their full portfolio.
Cisholi keeps a balanced approach, taking the time to understand those she works with, their worries and their concerns. “I try to do my best for both the tenant and the landlord, which means keeping an open mind.”
Something that helps Cisholi in her role is her ability to organise, multitask and prioritise, which she credits her family life for cultivating. “With four kids to organise, I know how to carry out my work in the most efficient way possible!”
Working to deadlines is where Cisholi thrives, and she is always motivated by the challenge of a new property. “When new properties join my portfolio, I always get a rush of energy because I like working through the different steps, finding the perfect tenants and getting to know the landlord. I think I actually work better when I'm really busy, as I remain calm under pressure and look for solutions.”
The uplifting team environment is what drew Cisholi back to the Lodge team after working in administration for the business previously. “Our Rentals team is really supportive. We have great discussions around the office, just sharing ideas on how to approach different situations. That’s what's beneficial about being in the office, instead of working from home.”
When she’s not in the office or out and about managing properties, you’ll find Cisholi spending time with family or rushing her kids around to their sports games and practices.
