Located in the heart of thriving Hamilton East, Lodge's Hamilton East office is run by local identity Warwick Johnson. With over 24 years real estate experience Warwick has built a heritage of top performing agents from his office. Regional winners of awards for top performance have originated in Warwick's office.
Warwick's team is well known in the local community which is often affectionately referred to as "The Village".
Warwick has been with Lodge Real Estate since July 1987.
In 1989 he was appointed Branch Manager for our new Hamilton East Branch with a team of seven salespeople. Under Warwick's excellent guidance this branch has now expanded to a team of seventeen salespeople in 2004. Hamilton East Branch has also been recognised as Lodge's top performing sales office for the past 3 years.
Warwick himself, has been in the top 10 salespeople for Lodge Real Estate during his entire 24 year career and for the past 5 years Warwick has also been recognised by the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand as one of the top 10 Residential Salespeople in the Waikato, Bay of Plenty and Gisborne District.
In 1998 Warwick was awarded life membership of the Lodge Club for outstanding sales performance. He is only one of four salespeople to receive this honour in the history of the company.
During Warwick’s career, he has been involved in the sale of over $250 million of property.
