For the past 6 years, Neale has been involved extensively in the Lifestyle real estate market. As well as the challenges presented by this industry, Neale enjoys interacting with people on all levels, and doing his utmost best to achieve the desired outcome.

At all times, Neale aims to keep the process as stress-free as possible, while maintaining his high level of professionalism, friendly and helpful persona and pressure-free attitude. These traits and more can be evidenced in the many references from clients he has received throughout the years.

Neales ability to adapt and utilise the necessary skills required for his environment can be shown in the varied industries he has worked in prior to real estate – a Hamilton sign franchise, 10 years as a broiler chicken grower for Tegel and many years in civil mechanical projects.

Coming from Tasmania, a good Aussie joke never goes a miss! Outside of the office, Neale maintains a strong affinity with Aussie Rules and enjoys scuba diving. His interest in farming and lifestyle blocks is never far from home, as he currently lives on a lifestyle block in Tamahere.
